  NOUN & ITS TYPES WITH EXAMPLES  Noun A noun is a word used to refer to people, animals, objects, substances, states, events, ideas and feelings. A noun functions as a subject or object of a verb and can be modified by an adjective. Examples -  John, lion, table, freedom, love I live in United States of America. Emma is my sister. I love to play with my cat.   Different types of Nouns There are different types of nouns: Abstract Noun  - An Abstract Noun names an idea, event, quality, or concept (freedom, love, courage etc) Concrete nouns name something recognizable through the sense (table, dog, house etc) Examples – Love-Love is a wonderful thing! Peace-Let there be peace on Fear-I was full of fear. Compound Noun –  A Compound nouns refer to two or more nouns combined to form a single noun (sister-in-law, schoolboy, fruit juice) Examples – Get your  hair-cut  today, please. United States: The United States has the largest number of commercial nuclear reactors in the world, with a total of 96 in operation as of 2021.

France: France has the second-largest number of commercial nuclear reactors, with a total of 58 in operation. The country generates around 75% of its electricity from nuclear power.

China: China has the third-largest number of commercial nuclear reactors, with a total of 50 in operation. The country is rapidly expanding its nuclear power capacity and has plans to build many more reactors in the coming years.

Russia: Russia has the fourth-largest number of commercial nuclear reactors, with a total of 38 in operation. The country generates around 19% of its electricity from nuclear power.

South Korea: South Korea has the fifth-largest number of commercial nuclear reactors, with a total of 25 in operation. The country generates around 30% of its electricity from nuclear power.

Canada: Canada has the sixth-largest number of commercial nuclear reactors, with a total of 19 in operation. The country generates around 15% of its electricity from nuclear power.

Japan: Japan has the seventh-largest number of commercial nuclear reactors, with a total of 17 in operation. The country generates around 5% of its electricity from nuclear power.

Germany: Germany has the eighth-largest number of commercial nuclear reactors, with a total of 8 in operation. The country generates around 11% of its electricity from nuclear power.

United Kingdom: The United Kingdom has the ninth-largest number of commercial nuclear reactors, with a total of 7 in operation. The country generates around 20% of its electricity from nuclear power.

Ukraine: Ukraine has the tenth-largest number of commercial nuclear reactors, with a total of 15 in operation. The country generates around 53% of its electricity from nuclear power.

It's worth noting that this ranking may change in the future as some countries are planning to phase out their nuclear power plants and other countries have plans to increase their nuclear power capacity.
